How can I see my order status?
You will be able to track your order status if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the “My Orders” section.Once your order shipped you will get automated email with tracking number.
What is a delivery estimate?
Usually all the product available on website is ready to ship ,Orders placed before 12 noon in week days are shipped on the same day and will be delivered within 2-5 days within USA.This is the approximate time by which your order would reach your doorstep.
We offer free standard shipping within USA on order over $49.We also provide express/overnight delivery with extra charges in urgent cases.
How is my order shipped?

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at “[email protected]”. Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy below.
What is your Returns Policy?
For return your purchaseplease inform us within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt, as long as:
- The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
- The product is not customized
- The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by chaniyacholis.com
- The product you wish to return is not size XL,XXL.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit/refund after deducting shipping/handling charges within 3 working days via email.
