How can I see my order status?
You will be able to track your order status if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the “My Orders” section.Once your order shipped you will get automated email with tracking number.
What is a delivery estimate?
Usually all the product available on website is ready to ship ,Orders placed before 12 noon in week days are shipped on the same day and will be delivered within 2-5 days within USA.This is the approximate time by which your order would reach your doorstep.
We offer free standard shipping within USA on order over $49.We also provide express/overnight delivery with extra charges in urgent cases.
How is my order shipped?
We work with some of the most reliable courier services -USPS ,UPS ,FedEx , DHL etc. to ship your orders. We also insure all orders against transit related damages/theft etc.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at “contact@creativestylista.com“. Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy below.
What is your Returns Policy?
For return your purchaseplease inform us within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt, as long as:
- The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
- The product is not customized
- The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by creativestylista.com
- The product you wish to return is not size XL,XXL.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit/refund after deducting shipping/handling charges within 3 working days via email.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
Simply pack your item back in the box and be sure to include original invoice, tags, and other packaging materials and ship the product back to us. You will be guided on these steps by our Customer Care team.

Will the outfit look exactly the same as I see it on the website?
Barring minor color variations (which differ due to screen resolution, monitor brightness, operating system etc from computer to computer), what you see on our site is what you get.
We do not customize or alter our readymade outfits as they are pre-stiched. However, most of our outfits can be easily altered as we give ample margins . The length of our lehengas/dresses can be altered in most of the case. We can attech sleeves in certain outfit.
Sizes not available on website
If you can not find your suitable size especially xl,xxl sizes, you can call/msg/whats app us at +91 90334 64780 to get quick answer.You can drop us email requesting for a sold out item, you will hear back from our team if we can make the outfit on request.
