SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

All completed and paid orders are shipped within two to three days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Central Standard Time).Product need alteration will be shipped within three to five days.Custom order can take 4 week to 8 weeks. Order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.All items are Shipped on a strict timely manner. We understand the importance of delivering products to our customers on time and that’s our priority.
Currently we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. In case of free shipping promotion, shipping charges are not shown to customers.

Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. We also offer a 2 day rush shipping option via FedEx Express or USPS priority. Rush orders take 1-2 business days to process. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes; please supply a physical address

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

**Unforeseen Shipping Issues: 
From the time your package leaves Our location until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with FedEx/USPS/DHL.
**Request Signature:
If you require a signature upon receipt, please make special note of this upon checkout (in the notes section). Otherwise domestic packages do not require a signature.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
